I always find that making resolutions for the new year is something which makes everything feel terribly pressured- especially as January is a tough enough month to get through at the best of times. Over the next few weeks, I think I'm instead going to capitalise on the spirit of renewal by making a little list of all of the things which I'd like to achieve during the course of the year, whether that's travelling more or spending more time looking after myself.
